QUICK FACTS

• Allow 3-4 weeks for orders to process as all pieces are handmade to order to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. Then allow an additional 3-14 days for shipping.
• Shipping Fees & Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery
• Signature is required on all shipments above $50

PRE-ORDERS PROCESSING TIME

• Fee: Calculated at checkout & depending on your location
• Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your jewelry and custom orders for delivery from the time you receive the order confirmation email.
• Exceptions: Express, Overnight and Same Day delivery is not available. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

STANDARD SHIPPING

• Fee: Calculated at checkout & depending on your location
• Delivery Timing: 7- 14 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
• If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
• Some designs are made to order and will fall under the category of Gold and Personalized Orders
• Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
• Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

• Fee: $40 may vary from country to country.
• Delivery Timing: 7 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
• if an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
• Some zip codes are not available for this service
• Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
